Reiki Level I - 18 CEs

Reiki in western terms means "laying on of hands." Reiki energy involves the movement of energy in the body. Electrical signals regulate the heart rhythms and brain waves. These signals are electrical impulses that travel throughout the nervous system controlling every organ and cell in the body directly or indirectly. In this workshop participants will learn: to balance their own energies, the history of Reiki, meditation and how to assist others to reconnect to their own healing process. Cost: $180.00.

Reiki Level II - 12 CEs

In this workshop participants will: review Reiki I; explore and practice different types of energy treatments; and learn about the chakra system and its relationship to Reiki. Cost: $120.00.

Reiki Master /Teacher Level - 16 CEs

To become a master, one needs to take the time to look within. In this 21/2-day intensive, it is all about identifying and releasing the imbalances within yourself, and then finding a healthy way to promote balance. Explore various levels of consciousness and advanced techniques. Cost: $500.00

Introduction to the Chakra System - 7 CEs

This is the foundation. Learn the characteristics of each chakra and how it relates to you; its relationship to the body, mind and spirit. $105.00

The Beauty of the Light Body; the Chakra System major and minor - 16 CEs

Beyond the realm of the senses, there are subtler forms of energy which impact the nourishment of body, mind and sprit. The chakras are the seven primary points and numerous minor points in the subtle anatomy where energy and matter meet. These are levels of consciousness. When these centers are fully aligned they bring balance and harmony. In this workshop participants will learn the characteristics of each chakra, how to analyze and balance the chakras.

Yoga

Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word, "yug" which means union of spirit, mind and body. This practice is intended to restore and maintain well-being, improve the body's flexibility, balance and vitality. The practice of postures (asanas) and breath work (pranayama) is combined to promote balance. Some of the benefits of yoga are: relieves back pain and other chronic pain; releases physical, mental and emotional blockages; increasess your aerobic capacity without the stress of impact, strengthens your immune system; stabilizes your sleeping patterns and much more.
